How to Be Ready for your Appointment:

  • Make a list of your Questions & Concerns in advance

  • Check-In Forms are emailed in advanced - set time aside to answer fully

  • Dr Leto needs time to read your Check-In Forms before your appointment - please complete them 

  • Set aside enough time and privacy to be fully available for your appointment

  • Consider including a loved one or ally - especially for stressful or complicated situations

  • It helps to address things early; don’t wait for a crisis

  • Come ready to ask questions, learn, set goals together, and track your progress

  • Fasting Labs: drink plenty of water. Feel free to bring a snack for after your blood is drawn
