• Personal Triage Assessment & Phone/VideoChat appointment time

 

• Calls are answered by our Director of Practice, who is an experienced paramedic and will provide initial triage & education

 

• TAKE TWO HEALTH Direct Primary Care Membership is NOT required

 

• CoronaCare is included with your Membership if you are a Member

 

• Complete Virtual Visit is $125

 

• we do NOT accept commercial health insurance

 

• we DO accept Medicare Part B (but NOT Medicare Advantage) for CoronaCare

 

• we DO accept Health First Colorado Medicaid for CoronaCare
